When ordering products for international shipment, we handle customs clearance for you. At checkout, you'll see either "Import Fees Deposit" or "Import Charges," depending on your destination. These amounts cover customs duties, taxes, and fees ("Import Fees") paid on your behalf to the relevant customs authorities.

Calculating Import Fees
Import Fees vary based on destination customs regulations, product category, price, and shipping method. They are usually calculated on the product price after discounts but include shipping costs. Carriers or agents use the Import Fees Deposit or Import Charges to cover these fees.

Import Fees Deposit
This is an estimate of the Import Fees and may differ from the actual amount paid. Any overpayments are automatically refunded to your original payment method, with a notification email sent to confirm the refund.

Import Charges
Import Charges are a fixed amount covering all customs-related costs. They may not reflect the exact amount paid to customs authorities.
